SB Costs is an established firm of costs lawyers and law costs draftsmen. We are based in Manchester but are proud to serve clients throughout the country.
We accept instructions in all areas of legal costs. We act for both receiving and paying parties, in Court of Protection matters and where costs are to be paid out of the Legal Aid fund.
We can draft any legal costs pleading, including bills of costs and costs budgets. We have vast experience of negotiating inter partes costs and dealing with the Legal Aid Agency.
